Account Deletion Request

At Vyaya, you have full control over your account. If you no longer wish to use the app and want your account along with associated data deleted, you may submit a request as explained below.

1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account and profile information (e.g., name, email) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
• All cloud-stored data linked to your account will be erased and cannot be recovered.
• Locally stored data on your device will remain until you manually uninstall the app.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the following ways:

• In-App Deletion: Use the "Delete Account" option in the Settings/Profile section of the Vyaya mobile app.
• Email Request: Contact us at sup.app2604@gmail.com using the email associated with your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

3. Verification & Processing

To ensure security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Once verified, your account and cloud records will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
