2. Use of App & SMS Feature

• Vyaya provides automated UPI expense tracking by reading supported transaction SMS messages with your explicit permission.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful personal finance management purposes.
• You maintain sole responsibility for verifying your financial records and transaction accuracy.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content, user interface designs, logos, software code, and graphics are the intellectual property of Vyaya and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vyaya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy in automated tracking and categorization, we do not guarantee 100% error-free parsing of every bank SMS format. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from app usage.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Vyaya following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
